They compete for the attention of the lead singer, Sugar Kane (Marilyn Monroe). Joe and Jerry’s new feminine identities, Josephine and Daphne, prevent them from acting on their desires. Still, they are determined to win her love and throughout the course of the movie take part in a series of gender-bending ploys complicated by the fact that Osgood Fielding (Joe E. Brown) has fallen in love with Daphne. The plot gets even thicker when Spats Colombo and his gang show up in Florida.

Jack Lemmon and Tony Curtis are quite the duo and Marilyn Monroe is as gorgeous as ever! It is the delightful combination of comedy, action, romance, and suspense that makes this film a true classic.
